i am about to start my first cycle (well i ordered it anyway) can anybody give me some feed back i am 6'4" 228 pounds about 17% BF i will be taking 500mg Brovel test 200 weekly and AP equipose 400mg weekly any help would be sorely needed as i am stranded in the middle east for a while with no contacts to talk to!!

what are you looking to accomplish? i know you can't get what you want ideally but just ballpark it.

Adding some serious muscle and lowering my BF. dont know really what is realistic in gains from a cycle.
