Need some advice on winstrol or another type of cutting steroid

well i dont drink soda or anything else that contains sugar every once in awhile i will have orange juice but i mainly drink water. I do alot of cardio ( I take MMA CLASSES) that conist of alot of cardio and sweating. So this is what stumps me. My diet even though I do not eat alot consist of mostly chicken. Whether it be grilled or fried. I know fried is worse but hey oil in your body is good once in a while. usually to go along with the chicken would be white rice or mashed potatoes.

Now keep in mind like I said I only usually eat one meal a day and even after that I feel sick.
Ive been 1 meal a day for a over a week but I usually never ate alot of food to begin with. Thats why I do not understand why I can not lose the belly area. I figured this would help me pave the path and then get off it and continue with a heavy exercise routine.
 
well actually the past week ive only been eating one meal a day. But i know im suppose to have a few meals a day and small portions correct?

My stomach has like learned not to be as hungry anymore and i just get hungry enough to have one meal with small portions.

if you prefer something else im willing to listen and learn!
as i figured diet is your issue....1 meal a day all yoru doign is getting fatter..your body is useing your muscle for fuel..when you do eat something it is being turned into fat immedialty because your body is in starvation mode..you have to eat food to lose weight...you cant starve yourself..your metabolism will slow down to nothing and you will just be weak and fat

you should eat 1800 calories a day to start
226 protein grams
135 carbs grams
40 fats grams

split between 5 meals

foods to eat below...dont eat anythign processed...start on this diet 5 meals a day...you will feel full and bloated for a little while...but once your metabolism kicks in and your body starts working right you will start shedding the fat quickly...but you have to eat to lsoe weight

Fish (salmon, seabass, halibut)
Shrimp
Extra Lean Ground Beef or Ground Round (92-96%)
Venison
Buffalo
Ostrich

alright thats good to know!. the only problem i see is how im gonna eat 5 meals a day when i cant even get in 3 lol..
 
just gonna have to do it...if you cant then you will just stay fat...precook all your foods for the following few days..all in tupperware...take to work with you ..dont eat out anytime...anyone that is ever in shape this si what they do...if you cant follow a diet and eat properly dont even bother workign out or doign cardio because its not gonna get you anywhere...diet is more important then anythign you could do

i eat 7 meals a day...i have to force feed myself most the time because i cant finsih everything...its just somethign you have to do if you want to achieve yoru goals
 
well its your book so you would obviously reccomend it lol.. but is there anyone on here that can confirm those methods worked?

Its a big step bro! But this shit is a lifestyle. You gotta make sacrafices, you are used to that fromm training mma. You will be very happy with the results. I would bet you cash that if you are training hard enough you could gain muscle and loose fat simultaneously. Diet is the most important part of an athelets LIFE! Healthy living, sleep, and training all play a role. But you cant drive a car without gas.
The foods that HAYES lined out are good to go. When I started lifting the first thing I did was implement diets from muscle and fitness magazine, fuck it. They worked, and got me down the right nutritional path.
