Need some advice on winstrol or another type of cutting steroid

well when i first started lifting i did low reps and high weights but for a few months now i have switched to lower weights and alot of reps between 15-20 for 3-4 sets depending on what im doing

monday is chest
tuesday arms
wed back
thursday shoulders and some legs
friday arms and then next friday chest I alternate between those too

2 arm days and "some legs" on one day...There's a major part of your problem.

Make sure you get your workout routine in check before you do your winstrol. It'll make your gains WAYYYYY better.
 
sorry wasnt online last night lol.. yeah im trying to get my meals up right now its pretty hard to do i was force feeding myself oatmeal and just fealt like throwing it up.. i have chicken breast last night with white rice and water.

I still think im gonna go the winstrol way as well. so if you guys have suggestions on that let me know. as to how much i should be taking and what not
ur wasting ur time with winstrol...again if your diet is not spot on steroids will do nothing..there not a miracle drug its a tool to go along with a solid routine/nutrition

and anyways winstrol alone is pointless even with a good routine

I say loose one of the extra arm workouts for a leg only day. Space those workouts a day apart since you are doin upperbody workouts 4 days in a row. Try this for a while, if your training hard enough with this new diet you will make some good gains.
 
Man these guys speak the truth without a proper diet and workout routine its not going to take you anyehere for instance i have always been strong naturally and big. but now that i have got my diet right and my workout right people have said i look like i have been taking steroids which i have not. i know alot of people do not have great genetics but when you get your macros down and everything falls into place you will see a huge change in your physical appearance and your feeling...and make sure you get atleast 1-1.5 grams of protien per pound of bodyweight per day that will help also
