well when i first started lifting i did low reps and high weights but for a few months now i have switched to lower weights and alot of reps between 15-20 for 3-4 sets depending on what im doing
monday is chest
tuesday arms
wed back
thursday shoulders and some legs
friday arms and then next friday chest I alternate between those too
2 arm days and "some legs" on one day...There's a major part of your problem.
Make sure you get your workout routine in check before you do your winstrol. It'll make your gains WAYYYYY better.
