Need some advice - first cycle

Hi
i am 27 yrs old wight about 65 - 68 kgs and am 165cm tall and have been training on and off for about 5 years

Just hit my first cycle

Can u tell me if this cycle is suffcient for putting on more mass and for gaining strength

im only in my 3rd week

Wk 1 - 1ml Sus 250, 1ml Deca 100
Wk 2 - 2ml Sus 250, 1ml Deca 100
Wk 3 - 2ml Sus 250, 1ml Deca 100 and am taking novaldex once or twice a week

Can i hit more deca and sus or is this amount sufficient, and when will start and should i start to see results or notice a difference, i was told at least after wk 4 fo a noticeable change, is this correct?

any information or advice would be appreciated

look for gods sake up that deca and test..100mgs a week of deca will do nothing for you, and run the sust at 500mgs EW 3 shots a week ATLEAST and run it for 10 weeks not 3 and run the deca 9 weeks to match up with pct...that cycle you have laid out is the absalute worst one i think ive ever seen...you might want to take 200mgs ED of b6 to combat deca prolactin gyno..run the deca at 400mgs EW...
