need SLEEP!?!? READ

I wish I had anything on that list.

I neeeed to fall asleep.

Keep waking up throughout the night the last few nights. Don't know what the F is up.

I cannot do Ambien. I was prescribed Ambien awhile back and woke up with a bunch of semi-cooked chicken sitting in the skillet. Luckily the skillet was off but I have no recollection of cooking it. I used to take Tylenol PM as well but I always feel drowsy the next day.

a small dose of mary jane, then some milk........sleepy time. also no groggyness in the morning unless you get totaly baked

I wish someone would come out with an awesome OTC sleep supplement better than Unisom and melatonin. I've tried alot of different things and I just don't sleep well at all anymore. As I've grown older, I've found my sleep grows worse.

Some people like to go for drives in the car too on ambien. If you fight it you will hallucinate and do things you dont remember. Its a fun feeling but stuff is like truth serum also. Not good.

I'm not too sure about Klonopin (clonazepam) being bad for sleep. I have a strange sleep disorder. I sleep eat! Yes, I literally sleep walk into the kitchen and raid the junk food cupboard!

My doc prescribed me clonazepam at 0.5mg per night and my sleep eating has reduced from about 6 nights per week to maybe 2/3 nights.

Does anyone else suffer from this strange problem or have any recommendations on how to stop it?? It sucks when I'm dieting. The middle of the night is the worst time to consume the calories / carbs / sugars.

Thanks.

GABA, melatonin, or benadryl, for OTC.

Valium (sparringly), ambien (but you will become immune if used regularly.) I've used ambien off and on for 10 years... never had anything weird happen, it just quits working after a while, however, like anything, everyone reacts differently to any substance.

Trazodone and Remeron are a lot of fun, but they really knock you on your ass.
Weird deams! :insane: :elephant: :moon: :cow: :vanp: :freak: :alien: :lmao:

Sometime if you have anxiety, nothing will make you fall asleep. I would try Sleep MD, works great for me. IF you need something heavier, two Tylenol PMS will knock you out (or Benadryl). It sucks but after a few days you don't feel groggy in the mornings anymore..oh yea, along with a warm glass of milk.

OMEGA, im not disputing it, as iv never tried it, but #7 on the list, does writing/drawing down the things preventing you from falling asleep really help? i ask because i never used to have difficulty, i would be asleep within 10 mins of getting into bed, but these last couple of weeks a can toss and turn for an hour plus before falling asleep.
