Seroquel was the other sleep aid I was sleeping of. never tried it personally. Its an antisychotic but is oft prescribed as a sleep aid. Rozeram is another one.

But definately no benzos for sleep aids.

Worst thing I ever took was half a mirtazipine. I could barely get out of bed. Slept for about 16hrs straight and still had to will myself out of bed. That and trazadone just dont work for me.

Melatonin and warm milk is all i need .

Great info OMEGA good to have if i need it .

Brad.

As far as Sleep for me now what I do:

Hot Glass of Milk ( not microwaved only stove top warmed), and some Starchy carbs ; like a small bowl of potato salad or pasta

The tryptophen and carb spike slow metabolism and trick it in to a repair state.

Anyone else have RLS (restless leg syndrome)? Mine gets really bad about halfway through a cycle and doesn't get better for about a month after. I haven't been able to find any natural remedies that work and I'm not to keen on using prescription drugs on a daily basis. Any ideas?

Sorry, the only time I ever had bad tingling/burning in my legs was because one of my lumbars (i think L4 or L5) was out really bad and pinching a nerve. Thats what the chiro said, then he nearly broke me in half and I felt better.

Back pain sucks. I strained my back doing deads in November. It's a lot better now, but still gives me problems when I squat or do rows. Haven't done deads since.
