Need Opinions on First Cycle

I've been researching religiously. I believe I am ready to start on my first cycle and would really appreciate some thoughtful opinions and tips. I am very open minded to any changes.

I have been working out for almost 6 years really hard. Last 2 years is when I've been keeping up with my diet. I am 24 years old at around 15% body fat.

Weeks 1 - 12 Test e @ 250mg administered every Monday + Thursday
Weeks 1 -4 Dbol @ 25mg ED
Weeks 1- 10 Deca @ 300mg Once a week on Monday

Weeks 1 - 12 HCG will be taken everyday, 5 caps spread throughout the day

Weeks 12-16 Sustain Alpha @ 5 pumps ED
Weeks 12-16 Clomid @ 25mg ED

In case of Gyno, Letro and Bromocriptine will be used (still need to research how to administer both when Gyno does surface - if anyone have any idea or any substitutes please let me know)

With his cycle I want to gain as much lean mass as possible, I understand this will be entirely up to my diet. If I go with this approach is it a waste of the AAS if I am using a Cutting Diet?

Also Dbol is only used from weeks 1 - 4, does that mean I need to start taking PCT after the half life of 24hrs after the last administration?

Deca is a bad choice and forget lean mass that! it won't give you.

First cycle would and should be test either Cyp or ETH.
you will need arimidex for Estrogen control & bloat and Nova(PCT) along with




That should be sufficient

Drop the deca and get some adex for the bloat that the dbol and test e will bring.

These are all great advices and I am all ears. As i said this is my first cycle so I want this to be as spot on as possible.

After reading more from this forum, I've realized the Testosterone Recovery Stack + a SERM such as Toremifene is what I need for PCT while an administration of HCG will be used during the cycle.

One more question, I am thinking of dropping Deca and I want to use Anavar or Winstrol. How does the cycle look with Test E, Dbol and Winstrol/Anavar. Reason why is I do not look good with a lot of mass due to my face shape.

I am also looking into the adex to counter the bloat from Test-E and Dbol. Will I still need that if I go with the TRS stack + SERM?

I would do this personally:

1-12 test e 500mg eod
1-4 dbol
8-12 anavar

Of course run your HCG and your pct.

That is how a test deca dbol stack looks. you can take the dbols out if you like. I think a like the cycle orbit said beeter but it would look like this

1-12 test e 500mg eod
1-4 dbol
8-12 anavar
8-12 hcgnerate 5 caps ed
12-16 forma-stanzol/unleashed/post cycle

the forma would be the only ai you need to have on hand. You can pm me for advice any time
 
I am not superceeding the gurus here, but for me I still think a test only cycle is great. If you want to end with anavar, not bad (currently on test/anavar myself). I did not kick start my first test cycle and I am glad. I got to learn exactly when I started to feel what. What week I needed to start aromasin, what week I really started to feel the test, etc.

If you don't like the moon face, don't kick start with dbol. Dbol made me look like I was 30% BF in the face, lol! You can counter this with extra AI, but just use tbol instead for no bloat!

want the best kick start in the world with out the moon face. Beastdrol!!!!!!!

And fuck adex on cycle you lose gains using that. Forma-stanzol is so much better.
 
Beastdrol really.. such a mean name haha, i'm doing research on it and getting lots of mixed reviews.
Also looking at Tbols but I do not know if it is the right stuff for me. Doesn't have noticeable gains until weeks 3-4 is what I see a lot.

My goal is to gain a bit of mass (Avoiding the "Moon face" of course :P) and then get shredded using Anavar/Winstrol

Also according to the "Official PCT of 2010" thread says HCG should be used ON cycle and during PCT.

Really glad I posted on elitefitness, got lots of great opinions, giving me new perspective on things

Since you beeing open minded....

Im not trying to scare you but you being 24 and kind of young im not sure you realize that with every cycle you do you your natty testosterone levels may be lowered forever!
Just because you do PCT doesnt mean your test levels are going to be the same as pre-cycle. Another thing to consider is the question if your recovery fails are you ready for HRT?
How much do you weigh and how tall are you if you dont mind me asking?

At your age the only thing I would do is maybe mess around with some IGF

And I understand the risks and precautions in doing steroids but that is something i gotta deal with if shit does turn for the worst. Thanks for the reality check. I wouldn't of joined a forum and asked for help from experts in this field if I wasn't totally committed in doing this right. Thanks again

No problem just giving you a heads up!
As a first cycle stay away from deca. Stick with test only at a dosage of 400mg/week split in half.
Maybe 200mg on sunday and 200mg on thur.
I would like to see your weight 200+ before doing this but if you think you ready this will be my approach.
However, take a look at IGF before hand and see if that will peak your interest. THat's a good first cycle imo before you touch AAS.

Nevermind, after researching for Superdrol instead of Beastdrol, i see people are making nice lean gains. Something that I am very interested in.

Yo neettogetaas,

How do you recommend incorporating something like Beastdrol into the cycle. For Beastdrol a lot of people were recommending using Unleashed to get estrogen levels back.

I want to gain at least 15pounds of lean muscle with no bloating.

So far Test E (though i heard prop is better for no bloating), Beastdrol and Winstrol or Anavar is what I have in mind to reach my goal.

LOL, your advice was bad-ass. My only input as a first cycle is to also drop the d bol. It bloated me like a bitch and ive done several cycles before I tried it. A first time test cycler should have great gains at 500mg per wk. 12 weeker.
 
i would run this:
1-10 500 mg test e split between 2 weaks
1-12 .5mg adex eod
1-12 5 caps hcgenerate ed
11-14 20mg nolva ed
11-14 sustain alpha topical as directed on bottle

thats it nice and simple. using test deca dbol now is rediculous. it is an extremely bad ass bulking cycle. you are fresh to steroids and will respond great to anything so why waste all the other stuff now? the idea is to only take what you need to grow and add more later as you need it. doing it all now will lead to more unwanted sides, hardly any more gains in the cycle, and will maked it harder to gain more after this first cycle.

more importantly for your gains you need to also understand how the steroids work, how to diet, and how to train. if there are any questions in this area it is best to get them covered before you waste the cycle.

Do you have any inputs on a nice cycle to avoid bulking but just gain lean muscle. I wanna get bigger but I still want to have definition.

That is why I am interested in winstrol and anavar.

the cycle i posted above would work fine. keep your diet clean and up your protein. gaining lean muscle is all about just eating what you need to grow.

+100000 to the above. Pegged. (though I would start PCT in week 12 because of the test ester).

Don't add winny. You can cut on test, trust me. It's about diet when it comes to cutting!

the adex will keep your estro levels closer to normal than if you leave it out. the only way to really know how much you need is to expirament while on with blood tests but .5mg eod with 500mg test is usually pretty good.

high estro levels will give added stregnth and added bloat. both of these will help make gains but they wont help much. on the other side elevated estro has its own whole list of negative effects on health. its not worth it take the ai.

i dont think its enough alone. i would use nolva or clomid with it.

That is what my cycle is going to look like. I think I might even add beastdrol to the first 4 weeks to help kickstart things up.

I have a question though, the thread "official 2010 PCT" says to start HCG from weeks 3-10 on a 12 week cycle stopping 2 weeks shy from AAS clearance (when using Test ethionate) And to also increase the dosage for 3 weeks along with the PCT's.

Am I taking my HCG wrong?

Start PCT in week 12, not 11. Also, add something to that PCT - Unleashed.

As for HCG, you're not using it. You're using HCGenerate, different product, same concept, but without all the rebound and saturation issues. I think you can even use HCGenerate in PCT.

Your first cycle should be a simple test only cycle. Don't throw all of that non AAS garbage in there, you're just going to tax your liver with that crap."

Nope, just stuck in the 80s. I still run nolva, low dose, but it's part of a four pronged PCT that attacks from different angles.

Yes, your first cycle should be simple, based around one AAS, but why not guarantee a good cycle and good recovery by planning a good support and PCT?
 
Hi I have a question.

How long does 1 bottle of unleashed last me?.. I am doing it from weeks 12-15.

Also since looking at NTBM.com seems like I can not just get one bottle of Unleashed. If so do you suggest me getting 2 bottles? or 1 bottle of Unleashed and 1 bottle of PCT.

You need to do more research on how steriods work then you will answer your own questions and understand the risks/rewards of using steroids much better.
