Need help kicking the coffee habit. I've been slowly weening myself from a 6 cups a day to my current two in the morning. However I want to quit totally and I need something to help me get up and moving in the morning. I was thinking of ginseng so went to my local market and bought a package of GINSANA brand ginseng. Package says one cap twice a day. I'm thinking of maybe trying 3 caps twice a day
. Anybody with any first hand experience to offer? How about other suggestions?
