i dont like the bodypart split. too much for most people. but good info on the calorie intake, etc.Yeah it has a very complicated work out.. lol. so im just sticking to what i do.. which is also alot.. and ive alrdy gained 2 pounds..
if you want more help, tell me what your bodypart split is, and what exercises you are doing for each. maybe i can make some suggestions.
