Need Help!

Well, I'm 16 on August 20 and I am 5'5-5'6 and weighting in about 108lbs. and I really need help on gaining weight. Can anyone give me advice and tips on diets to gain weight and workout plans to gain muscle mass too. Thanks.
 
first - eat everything and any thing you can put in your mouth. do not worry about getting fat. go on over to the diet forum and read up on a bulking diet to get the idea down.

then go to the training vault sticky (http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=484815) and read about Mark Rippetoe's 3x5

that will start you off, feel free to ask anything else. people are glad to help you out of you show that you want help and one way to show that is reading some basic stuff that i pointed out to you.

The training vault sticky should be your first stop.....and Mark Ripptoe's beginner program would really be ideal for someone like you, you've got lots of untapped potential and plenty of room to grow.

If you eat more calories than you burn and get better on big lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, military presses, barbell rows, your body has no choice but to grow.

For eating, just eat, don't worry about a 'diet'......adding a gallon of whole milk a day is a great idea too.....in your case you could afford chocolate milk for the added cals.
