...last 10 pounds have to be off by August 1st.

219 at 9% at the moment.

Ripped fuel is only supplement at the moment. Doing cardio 4-5 times per week for anywhere from 400-800 calories per outing.

Nyc
Yohimburn

Diet is tight - it's just that fat loss has slowed.


ANy suggestions concerning other supps?

I'll give that a go starting next week - I'm gonna replace the Humulin with ala to get into keto faster with a carb fill up on weekends....
 
do at least 3gms of ALA a day i usually take 600mg per meal.. and the fat loss is still coming along nicely.

For fat loss, I usually just have to do some cardio a few days a week... as crazy as it sounds, if I drink alot of diet pop, I tend to tighten up ... maybe it is dehydration... or the caffeene

Diet coke is a secret weapon of Chat Nichols just before a show. He has his clients drink a CASE of Diet coke for the two days before a show - low sodium and lots of caffeine = excellent diuretic.
