HS, maybe I'm just used to it, but it's NOT that bad. Like I said, the quality of the product means more to me than the taste. Funny how people can have a "shut the fuck up and train" attitude, and are sheepish about the "shut the fuck up and chug" idea. What you eat post workout is just as important as the workout. Recovery=growth. That shake could taste like ass; I would hold my nose and have a chaser of water ready to go.

yeah but aren't the other whey proteins (besides concentrate) just as good?

I'm thinking of getting the hydro mix (The 360 and 540 or whatever it is) and some chocolate flavor, and then add Bovine Immunoglobulin Concentrate for fun.

I just need something to drink at work.

I can tolerate some really nasty tasting shit - I'm just curious what level we are talking.

the lean gainer formula by PF is a good work snack to fill hunger tastes pretty good. Designer Whey chocolate is better though
