need help with bulking diet.

Hi everyone need a little help with a strict diet i been trying to eat right last couple of months but its not really working. I start work at 630 in the morning first break at 930 and second at 1.
i usually finish around 430. if anyone could do me up a diet would be greatly appriciated

Could you provide us with some more info? Name, age, and social security number? lol

Seriously..... Could you post your stats? Age, weight, height, activity level?

Can you eat while working or only during your break? What about protein shakes?
