there are a couple options:
like spatts mentioned, you could hold the bar without your pinkies which is very similar to the way you would hold/catch a snatch, in other words instead of holding the bar with your hands gripped tight, pretend like you are going to push the weights off the bar from the inside
another issue is this, you don't need to or have to keep your elbows under the bar, let them pull back naturally like you were going to bench the bar through your chest, this will take most of the stress off your shoulders, just be sure to keep your head up when you position like this b/c it is easy to fall forward when you go heavy.
