need help - stats & diet info + compounds

I have been reading Elite for a few months and i just became a member a few days ago, i would like to say that there is plenty of good information on this site with plenty of very knowledgeable people.

I last did a cycle 6 years ago & 7 years ago they were the same kind of cycle a deca & primo depot cycle which lasted for 12 weeks. I never did a PCT afterwards.

I used to weigh 420 lbs i had a gastric bypass in 11/2003 now with dieting and exercise i am down to 238 and counting.

daily diet

supplements:multivitamin, vitamin e 400, 2 grams fish oils, 1.2 grams flax seed oil, 1 gram cod liver oil, Iron supplement, Vitamin C 2,000mg, B12 sub lingual, 182 mg aspirin

meal 1) wake up 5:15 a.m. - 2 scoops muscle milk whey protein mix with water

meal 2) breakfast 7 a.m. - 8 egg whites, 2 eggs, 8 - 10 ounces turkey or chicken breast, 1 cup quinoa

meal 3) snack 9:30 a.m. - 0% fat chobani greek yogurt, 1 banana

meal 4) lunch 12:30 p.m. - 1 cup quinoa, 12-16 ounces lean protein like salmon, herring, tuna, chicken, turkey, or lamb

meal 5) pre-workout 2:30 p.m. - 2 scoops muscle milk whey protein

meal 6) post-workout 4:30 p.m. - 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein, 1 tbsp peanut butter in a shake mixed with water + 8 oz of orange juice

meal 7) dinner 7 p.m. - 12-16 ounces of lean protein as stated at lunch, & steamed vegetables

meal 8) bed time 10 p.m. - 2 scoops casein in water + ZMA supplement

Drinking 1 and a half gallons of water a day.

I have blood work that is 5 weeks old on hand, i take no medications at all for any medical problems, i have no medical problems and blood pressure is good.

I have been training for 10 years hardcore for 6 of them.

I have deca, test e, primo depot, that i would like to use in a cycle but i really need help in the weekly dosages of the compounds & i really need help with PCT & i was thinking about taking HCG througout to help my natural test production out. I will also be using N2guard while on the goods.

I would really appreciate your help, thank you. :worried:
 
Hey bro, welcome to Elite.

It's bad news i'm afraid. Your body fat is just too high for anyone to safely give you the green light and cycle advice. While you may feel like the time is right, it just isn't. Steroids are dangerous for someone with such high body fat, as they put enormous strain on your body, and body fat is where all the side effects fester, so these may become unbearable.

I recommend you keep at your dieting, and do lots of cardio until your bf% is down at around 15%, and then come back and we can all talk more.
