Need help on creatine and glutamine

Natural builder.18 male.I take 2 vitamins(GNC MEGAMEN,1 wake,1 bed) I take fishoil(1 capsule-1000 mg) and I am waiting on my creatine(powder,monohydrate,micronized)
and L-glutamine(micronized) and I will take them,unsure on dosage.I basically know that glutamine is protein synthesis and creatine is energy/recovery.and if it isnt micronized it is useless,I get something free too called neurogen(nutrabiotics,I will probally take it to see if it works) and a daily protein shake after lifting and boixng.(60gs a shake with milk,megawhey,gnc)I aim for 320+ gs a day at 8 meals(every two hours,40gs around)

I was wondering,I box (daily) and jog daily.I also lift 6 times a week(no more than twice a muscle group weekly)

A few questions

1-How much creatine + glutamine should I take?I am thinking glutamine before lifting and before boxing(with massive protein before and after both) and creatine after training,jogging,and boxing.

2-Do creatine and glutamine cancel each other?
3-How long prior to lifting should I take glutamine(I am thinking with a meal 30 minutes before)
4-What is the difference between all this monohydrate,and isolated or whatever in the products?Its hard for me to find the answer,as I am not platinum,I know repition is quite"annoying"but that doesnt change my not knowing...

What do you think of my supp setup,what do you recommend and thanks for helping or ignoring
 
You are working out TOO much,try 4 days a week lifting,each body part ONCE a week,not twice,cardio the same,rest as important as working out,trust me,i am 29 and used to do what you are doing when i was 18,more is not always better,wanna get big....do squats,FYI.Look for book called "Super Squats"online,get it,it works.
1-Creatine,your body can only ingest 7gms a day,"loading faze"proved to be bunk,though some still do it.Creatine in the morning,and before or after work out,find what works best for you.
2-No creatine and glut. dont cancel each other out,these are the two best nat. supps you can possibly take.
3-best time for glute. actually before you go to bed.
4-Micronized creatiine the smallest particle,quickest absorb,best you can take,besides Tricreatine Malate found in newest form(ie V12 by San,or Swole V2 by syntrax)"Isolate is a form of whey protien,not creatine...FYI
 
Creatine works well for me. Glutamine never seemed to do much. Your best bet is, immediately after working out, take around 40 grams of carbs (dextrose or gatorade/all sport), 40 grams of whey protein and 5 to 10 grams of creatine. Mix this in 2 cups of cold water (no milk or fat here - you want fast digesting proteins). I also take a multi-vitamin (GNC megamen) at this time. About an hour after working out have high protein meal. I agree with the above poster that you are probably training to much to see much growth - but then again I have only been lifting seriously for 5 months.
 
my wkout routine is-1-upper-2-lower-3-off and repeated throughout the week.I keep it simple,but never constant,I try to add and take away some exercises to keep it new.Mainly squats,deadlifts,pushups,barbs,rows,shoulder cuffs,I try to use ones that hit as many parts as hard as I can.This suits me as long as I lift first thing in the morning and eat like I should.
