Need help cop trouble

my brothers girlfriend knows me and my brother uses aas. we dont sell drugs. she knows about all that and when they broke up today, she went into psyco mode and kept harassing my brother and kept knocking on ouir door at 11pm when my mother has to be up early for work. We asked her nicely to leave and told her my brother wasnt here cuz he really wasnt. they actually moved out together 2 weeks ago but he still comes back every couple days. my mother didnt know what to do with her cuz she was just staanding in front of our house and yelling at my mother and disrespecting her. as soon as i walked outside, i said get the fuck out of here, my brother doesnt live here, she said i know alot about you guys and im gonna call the cops on you guys. cops came cuz of all the noise and my mother called the cops because shes just tring to go to sleep for work in the morning. as soon as the cop shows up, the ex walks up to the cop and says they have drugs in the house, him and his brother both uses steroids. the cop said, well since youve been with him for a while, obviousl that wasnt a problem until you guys just got iinto a fight so i dont wanna hear about that shit. his exact words. she got taken away but i dont think she was charged, my brither sid that he just doesnt want her here. is my house gonna be on lookout or chance of a raid? im worried because i dont sell steroids but i use them and i have a decent amount. i did my time already 2 years ago, im not trying to go back

someone please help me out

its simple bro, just get your shit out of your house. Im not saying dump it. especially if you are "on". Just take it to a safe place thats not on your or your moms property. end of story. They search, they find nothing. I dont think I would really be all that worried if the cop had that kind of reaction. Make sure you get everything though, ancilliary stuff too.

She sounds like she needs a bullet.:mad:
 
Im pretty sure most cops aren't lookin to bust a couple of people juicing in the privacy of their own home and just her saying that you do it doesnt give the cop the right to really take any action. I'm sure you'll be fine but it would be a good idea to not keep that on your parents property just in case.

Best the police are gonna do is get a warrant for THAT house and maybe your vehicles.... take it to ANYWHERE else. And in the future, don't even "hook friends up", they can order their own. It's pretty simple and risk-free.... It's the personally selling to people that is on very rocky ground legally. Even "hooking up friends" in the eyes of the law is still a serious, serious, federal offense. No better than slinging crack or heroin with COMPARABLE jailtime. Be careful.

Also, don't let anyone know about your cycle (girlfriends/friends) that doesn't absolutely need to know. I personally think for the time being quitting and just going on PCT would be a good idea. Better safe than sorry. Just keep the necessary ancillaries for PCT....

Don't deal. There's no reason to in this day and age....
 
damn bro sorry to hear about all this drama.. hate when shit like that happens, thats why u keep females out of the loop as much as possible, becuase no matter how good it is, one day its going to get bad and when it gets bad theres nothing you can do to stop it... anyway dont think you shuold be too worried here, just to be safe thought i would keep my stuff somewhere else for couple weeks at least till this blows over..g luck bro

I would move it, i dont see any issues here. The cop was cool, he has nothing to go on other than a psycho girl who was harrasing YOU! They are not going to waste their time on you, this is not the FDA.

You also gotta consider that cops like to get people to let their guards down when they're doing something illegal and he didn't have a warrant at the time... He could have been just trying to get you to take it easy because he/they don't have a warrant printed out yet.

Ya i understand that and its a possibility which is why i said to move it.

They would also have to have more than a psycho ex in order to be granted a search warrent. If they go in front of a judge and say " well this guys psycho ex who was harrasing them one night said they have drugs in the house". The judge is going to laugh at them.

If anything im sure you will be watched.
 
get the stuff out, dont keep any there, in your car, at your work ect. dont get any in the mail there or nothing. then you will be safe regardless.
 
The only thing that would concern me is that you did time a couple of years ago(hopefully not drug related) so if you get a prick of a cop(which is about 1/2 of them)he might decide to mess with you. He would have to get a judge to grant him a search warrant which would require probable cause---a screaming nutzo ex-girlfriend saying that you had stuff late at night right before she was arrested really wouldn't be considered a credible source of information---I am 100% sure she wasn't the first nutzo girlfriend that the cops have ran into. I would explain to your friends that you can't help them out anymore at least until things cool off as that is a much bigger offense that just having them for yourself. Like the other guys said don't go around with ANYTHING in your vehicle or on yourself as they can search you or your vehicle much easier than your home. Good luck and be careful!
 
Did the cop run your name? Are you on parole now?

If both of those, are yes, then I would probably be more on guard here. Moreso than a prick of a cop or psycho ex, if you are on parole, move it NOW. There is a good chance, that the cop could have ran you in the system at any point, and if it came back that you are on parole, with drugs in the house, I wouldnt be surprised by a house visit from the PO.

Hopefully this is all just a crazy girl trying to interfere with your live. But be SAFE, clear it out, and lay low for awhile bro! Good luck!
 
thanks for all the replies guys. the girl is a nutjob. ex drug addict. she doesnt take her meds for bipolarism and all kinds of other crap. she has alot of mental problems. very very revengeful and psychotic. her father gives my brother money every week to be with her, to take care of her, feed her and for her to live somewhere. the reason why my brother moved out was because she basially stayed out our house every night and we got sick of it. we were basically supporting another person in the house and in this economy we can barely support oursves. ill do what yo guys said. they fight all the time and last time she threatened him and sed the same thing. this time she stole money and prescription meds from the owner of the house that my brother moved into, his close friend.

i speciafaically told my brother not to tell anyone about us using juice. people can assume we take it all they want. but he told her EVERYTHING. keep your secrets a secret, and dont tell anyone

thanks for the advice guys, thats exactly what im gonna do for a few weeks til the heat dies down

No no, imnot on parole or on anything. they didnt run my name. he ran my brothers name and the girl's name.
 
Move everything just to be safe, however if he didnt run run name or write report w/ you in it, dont worry about it. Hell, he might show bad up to steal your stash...lol

Wow, that gave me a much needed laugh. Yes bro, its not me, its my brother. She was showing signs of her bipolar and physchotic issues the first few weeks they were together and i told him that shes bad news. he said that when shes not on drugs and not drinking, that shes really a sweet girl. i told him, that when she comes to our parents house and disrespects them like she did, that crossed the line. There are plenty of girls out there. yes, the hotter they are, the crazier they are. I mess around with hot chicks but i never go out with a hot chick, i go out with the nice cute ones that you can take home to your parents.

Yes bro, i warned my brother. but he said this is the last time and he wont take her back or talk to her no matter what. i told him thats fine but dont forget what i told you, if you do, dont ever come back to my house/my parents house and dont ever speak to me again.

That last part was funny, 2 jacked up juicers. LMAO. no were raised right and would never put our hands on a female no matter what the situation was.

i found out through the police report that she received a charge for harassment, my brother didnt put a restraining order on her but he tol the cop that he just wants her out of here because he doesnt even live here, this is out parents house.

Lessoned learned, dont trust anyone, especially not girlfriend or even a wife. my buddy is in the process of trial right now with a custody battle and his ex wife brought up to the judge that hes on steroids so they tested him and everything but he was off at the time, lol.

Dude, open a freaking law book. You have nothing to worry about, and that's just from a legal perspective. On a more personal level, do you have any idea how many cops do steroids?
