Need Anavar Expert

This has come up before, but I wanted to run the question again and see what comes back. Say I was taking 60mg/day with an 6pm workout. Would I break it up into 3 20mg dosages evenly spread thru the day or take it all 30-60min preworkout?
I've had mixed feedback and was hoping someone could clear it up... thanks in advance!
 
deff break it up....the half life of anavar is 14 hrs if im not mistaken, so that means 14 hrs later, half the compound will still be in your blood stream----for that reason,people will say take it all at once, but from personal use, and just the thought behind it, wouldnt you want constant levels all throughout the day-----soooo my opinion is to split it up to 3x a day----

breakfast/lunch/post workout.
if you go once a day then go 2 hours pre workout.
I always train on a very empty stomach. i dont want any digesting going on when I'm doing something intense.
for me anyway my body wont do 2 things. it will either train hard or digest stuff in my gut.
 
not to jack your thread but I plan on taking 40mg ED and they are 20mg tablets I was thinking 1 in AM and 1 2 hours before lifting
 
I wouldn't classify myself as an expert, buuuuuuut, the one time I ran Var I took 30mgs pre-workout and 30 @ another time during the day...That worked very well for me...

But I like the idea of 20mg's 3x a day, may work even better....might give that a try this time....

the half life of anavar is 9 hours. i split 80mg into 2 doses, am and pm. youll get results either way, its more of a personal preference. some people think if you keep the levels stable, it will yield better results and some people think that it doesnt matter when you take it as long as you take it. theres 3 ways to take it:

take it all at once

split it evenly throughout the day, in your case, you would take 20mg every 8 hours.

or split into 2 doses.
 
Something that I was thinking about was... does anavar assist that much during periods long after recovery. For example, your workout is at 7pm. Are you benefiting from the var at 3pm that same day (4hrs prior to your work out)? Maybe it was my imagination, but I've noticed when i've taken it just before workout vs taking it in 8 to 9 hours i had more strength when it was at full strength in my system. So taking that theory a step further, wouldn't it make sense to do 30mg at 1 or 2 hours preworkout and then again a few hours after workout when your recovery is at it's highest, not to mention var seems to speed up recovery. does any of this make sense or am i all wacked out?
