Hello

I want some info about which gear to use when training MMA/wrestling. I also lift alot of weigths beside the MMA.

Have got the suggestion to use sustanon 250 e5d with Primo. Which combo is the least hard on the cardio-vascular system?

Very grateful for some advise and help.

How much time did you spend researching possible cycles for your wrestling career (and your lifting of a lot of weights?)
 
I'm no Doc you wnat advice on certain gears and I also dont wrestle well since High School..Go Up to the top of the board and typ in Steroids good on Cardi-vascular center and combos such as this...Tou'll find what you need

What's your age? stats? years training?

More likely then not, you don't need any gear at all.
 
Stats??, I will just name some exercises. not sure what u mean ;) :I mix my training a lot..
31year, 78-81kg
never tried gear, only tribex and zma. I feel it is time for gear...
deadlift: max 205kg no belt/wraps,,,squat: 150kg x 20reps
incline dumbellpress:47kg x 8reps ( my weak spot due to multiple shoulderinjurys, I don't tap in time :worried: )
military press: 90kg x 6-8reps,,,chins: 30+
MMA: 3-4 times a week

I don't know what to write more.

I have read my fair share of info about this subject but still I wanted more angles on it. Ask 10 people and u get 10 different versions.

I have some joint problem so I'm a little worried about win V..

They want your stats....age, lifting history, weight, BF%....not how much you can lift on certain excersizes. No one is going to help you get a cycle together if they think you're an 18 year old kid trying to do steroids to look better on spring break. I see that you're not, but you get my point. Tell us more about yourself.
 
i also do mma 3-4 times a week and lift for 2 before each time. i would stay away from the winstrol. Alot of guys at my mma gym use that stuff too. I have heard that it is ruff on your joints.

BF..maybe 10-12%..good shape
Never done gear before, postponed it for a long time.
First time I got in contact with weights is maybe 12-13 years ago and been on it since then. The last 5-6 years I spend more and more time in the gym due to many injurys from MMA and I get an safe and intense workout there. I'm starting to feel that I've reached some kind of plateau in strengthprogress, fighting like crazy for every kg extra. The reason that I've never been on gear is that my "pit"weight in MMA was light and I had a advantage of being strong for my size. But some years ago I slowly realized that those days are over and I want to concentrate 100% on quality-size instead.
I don't want to get to bloated because my living condition don't alow it (university,family) and I still do some "low-level" MMA so I'm little concerned about my cardio-health.

The reason I mentioned Sustanon and Primo is because I can get hold of original products, not copies or fake.

Any advise or tips will be very appreciated.

I hear a lot of guys say that test can hamper cardio ability, so you may want to stay away from that. Halo would be good, but lately it is pretty hard to get hold of. Anavar would also be good. As far as injectables, noone ever uses masteron for this purpose, but I hear it's a good replacement for winny (and not hard on joints or liver toxic) and I don't think it should hurt your cardio. I don't do MMA or any type of fighting, but my training is similar and I have a masteron/anavar cycle coming up. Just my personal opinion there, I'd still ask around for more.
