Need Advice: Serious Issue

I have this friend.. She has been attempting to lose weight for a good six month..

She runs for about 15 minutes 3 times a week and Eats a 250g bag of Nacho cheese doritos each and every nite as she sits her ass in front of the television.

She just emailed me this morning and doesn't understand why she can't lose the extra 10 pounds sitting on her thighs (I think it's more as she claims to be 120lb.. i weight 130lb and i'm quite a bit thinner)

On a side note..if she tries to squeeze her thick waist into one more pair of my pants I'm gonna scream.. (HAD to vent)

What advice should i give her..I need to be nice here.. she's a friend :verygood:
 
tell her diet is a key ,eating what she is late at night will only store as fat,and maybe offer her a diet plan.plus she should be doing more cardio then that

sometimes gentle honesty is best

For starters I wouldn't tell her to "go suck a cock". However, I think she needs to find a greater positive reinforcement. Like getting her to play tennis or something like that.
 
Don`t give her too much info at once. That would overwhelm her and discourage her to do ANYTHING. I would start with ditching the bag per day chips at night, that might even be enough to get SOME results. Then start upping the cardio to 30 or 45 minutes and even adding one more day to 4 days/week. Those two things should do the trick at her weight.

If it does`nt, then more drastic changes should be in order. PM Crak600 for info. He knows all about this stuff.
 
It's tough telling women what's up cuz men and women alike have to pussyfoot around the situation(no pun).

About the only thing I can think of right now, since I just woke up and am hungry and only thinking about food myself, is you could(and this requires some sacrifice on your part):

get your own bag of chips and eat them for a couple weeks, but she has to be aware you're doing this, and then go on the scale when you're both in the bathroom and scream:

"Goddammit, these motherfucking chips!!!!"

For extra effect, you could try eating the chips while on the scale.

Just tell her what you told us. Tough love. Tell her the truth. Say "are you retarded? Stop eating doritos at night before bed thunder thighs. Plus up your cardio shamu. Then the weight will fall off." That should work.
 
i emailed her back some suggestions..

She didnt respond to it.. but did email me to ask me if i was going straight home.. i guess she doesnt wanna fix it.. just wants to bitch about it

That's how most fat women are. They'll sure talk about it, but they won't do a thing to fix it.
