Need a sample lay out for a Keto

I've looked everywhere and I just can't find a sample layout of a day's meals on a ketogenic diet. I need to give my mom a list of foods when she goes food shopping. I have a list of low carb foods but I don't know how much I should buy in a week. So if anyone can give a sample day on a keto diet, i'll just multiply that by 5 for the week. I'm 155lbs btw.
 
anyone.... please?? If you have been on the diet all I want is what you typically ate in 1 day. I'll add in extra's but I need a base to work off of.
 
well try something like this......

meal 1 eggs, bacon, cheese omlette

meal 2 hard boiled eggs

meal 3 tuna 1 can with some mayo

meal 4 pepperoni sticks with shakes2 scoops whey powder in water

meal 5 steak/ chicken

meal 6 another bacon omlette may add a scoop of peanut butter


mr x will help you out he is the expert on this stuff

meal 3 tuna 1 can with some mayo

meal 4 6oz. ground beef

meal 5 steak/ chicken 1tbsp. flaxseed oil

add 10g fiber w/ last meal...psyllium husk

o, Mr. X, i got psyllium husk in pill form is that ok?
