Told my g/f I'd pick some up today and it's 4:15 and I haven't done shit.

What is a good protein powder that the wimmenz like?

I need something that I can pick up locally not those 50lb bags online

I don't know shit about women training.. how much protein should they take in?

my powder is loaded in protein.. was looking for a more mild one
 
I love Labrada PRO V60 Chocolate Ice Cream or the Lean Body for her.
 
I always stick to chocolate too I have tried strawberry, vanilla, etc and I think they taste like shit.

Hey clockwork, if you want an easy protein to get, go to walmart and get Body Fortress chocolate whey. Thats what i use when i run out of my bulk protein and it actually is about the best tasting protein ive tried. Its like 15 bucks for 2 lbs or somethin and just tell her to take 1/2 or 3/4 of a scoop. She probably needs about 1g per pound of bw spread throughout the day. -DOC

i thought mixing simple carbos(which are to be consumed pw) and lots of fats is a bad idea??

i feel like "whats right" changes from day to day though so i dunno

The idea of simple carbs PW is to shuttle the sugars into your muscles to replenish the glycogen stores and hopefully pump them up a bit.

Fats with that is going to slow down the digestion of the carbs - the GI will extremely slow - and the benefit of the simple carb will therefore be negated.
