Neck Bloat

Hey bros,
Have any of you ever heard of someone bloating in the neck. I'm talking the actual neck not traps. Some newbie swears up and down that Roy Jones was on something when he fought John Ruiz cause his 'neck' was bloated lol. I just want to know if any of u have ever experienced it.

lol, this is how my older family members always know...(or so they think...) They say "damn your neck is huge...must be roiding"...lol

obviously possible, but not a common occurance.. maybe rapid fat and water gain (perhaps oestrogenic)?

Got jesus...LOL. I would think that facial bloat would be alot more common, never actually heard of neck bloat. I know one guy who gets a really bloated "under chin" area though.

Yeah I've seen many faces & stomachs bloat, but no necks.
