I also agree that you just can't smash the fucker when the girls are watching. Even though they fear him, and don't know why he would hurt them... they usually believe it's because they are being "bad". (Damnit, that pisses me off!) So if I was to smash his head clean out of his ass... they would still wonder why I was doing such a thing, and cry for their dad, then they would most likely fear me more than him.

When they were older, they would understand... but not at 5 years old and younger.

The man pushes them around because he is bigger and stronger than them. Well the man hasn't seen what big, strong, and angry are yet.... but he will.

Sad thing is that shes at the age that she doesn't understand how wrong he is doing this stuff to her and thinks that she is supposed to love her daddy. She crys when barbie commercials come on tv because he used those on her. She will not eat pickles because of same reason. Sick sick sick and rips me apart.

We will just have to battle out legal system, just amazes me though, I thought you did shit like this and it was instant prison. I never imagined money could buy you out of shit like this.
