Check this out and give me your opinions on how this looks...
the diet is 13 weeks long... april 18-july 18
Diet:
4600 calories split into 50% protein, 30% starch carbs, 20% fiborous carbs
(575 g Protein, 345 g starch, 235 g fiborous)
the protein is spread through 6 scoops of isopure, 12oz steak, 4-5 chicken breasts, 2 fish filets
starch is split between 70g of oats, 2white potatoes, 6 sweet potatoes
fiborous is 4 meals of 800 gms of broccoli (1000g is a pound)
45 minutes of cardio (walkin 3-4 mph) and 45 minutes post wkout
Cycle: (first cycle ever)
first 4-5 weeks:
200 mg enanth every3 days
200 mg deca every 3 days
25 mg dbol ed
Last 8-9 weeks:
100 mg prop every other day
100 mg win. eod
100 mg eq eod
.25 mg arimidex ed all way through
(things may alter a bit of course when it comes within 2-3 weeks of contest... this is just a base)
