Hey guys so I'm gona log my whole road to my second comp and second try at taking the INBA Mr.LA I got 3rd last year and competed at 205 will post pics from that comp I had never done a off season diet before this year my diet was done by IFBB pro Alex azarian and I have to say it worked wonders I have always put muscle on really easy so this sent it over the top I weigh a lean 260 bf% at like 10% measurements: arms 21in / legs 30in / chest 55in / waist 34in. I have been lifting for 4.5 years now and I am 6ft2-3in tall and I have tried every kind of training there is and I have got a mix of them per say that works best for me but all critique and recommendations are very welcome I am not one to think I have it perfect and I know to learn from people who have been in it far longer then me
