ok lets say someone was going to die in 6 months from a terminal illness and their last wish was to be ripped before the end, then the essential elements they would need would be:
1) well dosed product. i dont care what your 'plan' says, if your 100mg capsule contains 200mg because it was dosed by a monkey, youre in deep shit
2) information. you need to know how to recognise an allergic reaction, what is happening to your blood levels of the drug (so that you dont fall into the '1 cap is good, 2 caps are great, 3 caps are the best' trap), as well as other things you should expect to experience during use. obviously, you have to be able to understand when a certain reccommended regime is a very very bad idea (eg teh 1000mg loading dose one that i saw...brrrrrr)
3) other people to know what you are taking, in case something goes wrong, and youre in no shape to talk.
4) proper surroundings- fans, airconditioning, cold water, low possibility of finding yourself in a hot environment...that sort of thing
when you have all that taken care of, then maybe you can think supplements...but logically water, electrolytes and antioxidants are the most important of the lot. if you get a reaction you shouldnt use benadryl, i think that for goodness sake, dont use it. (actually i think dont use it anyway)
using dnp is a bit....i dunno....dangerous overall, imo.
