Name some good supplement companies in England

I have a friend in London who uses herbal and synthetic supplements (legal ones, but i dont know Englands laws on this stuff). Anyway, what are some good, cheap companies with a large selection she can use? Is shipping cheap enough that she can order from nearby countries like Ireland, France or Germany, or is international shipping in europe cost prohibitive and she'd have to buy from an England company?
