Bro, the first thing you need to think about is: WATER WIEGHT.
Every BBer knows (or should) know the H20 factor before doing a cycle, espeically after doing many of them. Don't Panic and do some more readin'.
 
On or off cycle, my weight fluctuates more than 6 pounds a day easy. A change in diet or training will create further fluctuation.

If you're really in the 250 pound range I cannot understand why a six pound fluctuation would have spooked you in the least.
 
Water

Ive seen as many as 10lbs water weight loss in a little as 2 days
while cycling. I can tell my water retention situation by whether or not I can get the ring I wear offf my hand. If its slides of I can bet I will weigh an easy 5-7 lbs less. If you carb up, that will offset the water loss weight, but then your trying now to cut?
 
during the 5 weeks i was bulking i gained 22 pounds some was fat cuz my waist got bigger.right now im 249,so thats 8 pounds lost,hopefully all water!
 
Waist line carrys fat and water

Men deposit adipose tissue(fat) predominantly around the waist.
With any fat deposits expect a lot of water retension around it. So
you probably have gained fat around the waist but also water.
8lbs that quick is water. Water loss can result in some very impressive effects in the mirror as Im sure you know.
