my votes for new mods

not that my vote counts, but i would love to see bfold and needsize as mods for the training forum.

one is a competitive bb'er the other a competitive strongman.
both are well schooled in various training routines and both seem to be level headed and fair.

i regret that spatts left the board, because she was one of the best resources here at elite, but i hope we can find someone with the same passion to weightrain that she had.
I believe that both needsize and bfold have that passion.

Spatts thanks for the hardwork that you put into this site, you will be missed.

i am very flattered that you guys feel I would make a good, mod, I also agree very much that B would make a great one. There are a lot of people on this board that I think would make great mods too be honest, its a great group of people.
I dont know how much member input goes towards selecting mods though

I need some workouts to strengthen my hands. I deal cards on a casino boat and my hands and wrists get really tired and sore. This is no bullshit haha type thread and I would like to get an exercise or two I can use at the rec center -- the casino boat pays for us to have a free membership at this recreational center so I can workout whenever I want to.

Also, should I do this workout for my wrists/fingers before I work or after?

After the bullying around I received at the hands of one of the mods, now a mod(s) has claimed that I am a source, which is not true, so elite wont even consider me for a position. It seems mods enjoy spreading around bullshit a lot lately ...

To much political horseshit going on around here for decent mods to be chosen.

Anyway, elite is on a self-destructive path. To choose good mods, or allow the members control over something like that, would be actually positive, and we can't have that
