MY TRAINING PROGRAM for the next 2-3 months

Hello everyone. Want advise for my training program as i put aside for now the 5x5, do something different and re-do again the 5x5 for a month.


Monday
Incline Barbell Chest 3x8-10
Flat Dumbell Chest 3x8-10
Decline Dumbell Chest 3x8-10
Cable Crossovers 1x15-20

EZ bar bicep curls 2x10
Preacher 2x10


Wednesday
Squat 5x5
Leg Extension 3x8-10
Leg Curl 3x8-10
Calves 2x25

Military Press 3x8-10
Lat Raises 2x8-10
Shrugs 1x

Friday
Deadlift/Barbell Row 5x5
Wide Grip Pulldown 3x8-10
Close Grip pulldown 3x8-10
Pullups - 1x

French presses - 2x10
Dips- 2x10
Close Grip - 1x

why don't you want to do the 5x5?? It seems like you like the rep range for most of the compounds, and a lot of the exercises included seem silly to me like the cable crossovers. Also, i wouldn't do 5x5 on deadlifts. 1 heavy set is more than enough for deads.
 
I have a lot of pain at my lower back so today i decided not to Squat. What exercise can i perform to replace the squat as best as possible?

What kind of lower back pain?
If its muscle just let yourself recover, eat properly.

If it's something else get checked out and take things slow.. you fuck your back up you wont be doing much for a while.
