My Thoughts on Yohimburn....(condensed)

cheers mate for the quick reply.
Her diet is good - very low fat, moderate carbs and protein. Her training is good too and she is doing roughly 1/2 an hour cardio on top of her weight training. She has very low bodyfat as it is and her top abs are pretty much clear cut.
She is applying the stuff once per day to her abs and one hamstring (basically so I can guage it's efficacy as measured by the other hammie).
She applies the DF - one or two squirts for her abs and the same again for her hamstring area 45 minutes before doing a full weight workout and then the cardio.
To be honest mate i believe it is working - I definately noticed it on her hamstring and I told her not to tell me which one she was applying it to but I picked the one she is putting it onto.
The last few days she has had a stomach bug and has lost an inch on her waist more likely due to eating very little at all.
She has been applying it to dry exfoliated skin.
I see you say to try wet so she'll give that a go too.
As for supplements - doesn't take any.
I know 10 days is premature but you know how impatient women are (hehe).
I will keep the thread posted as to the results after using the entire bottle etc.
Should she perhaps start taking it twice a day - any pther suggestions etc?
Have been reading with great interest all about this product - drove 200 km to get some.
Like I say I think it is working - and maybe she had unrealistic expectations so hopefully we will see more results as time goes by.

you have described the quintessential A2 rich male fat pattern.. is there low back fat as well?

the out as opposed to central chest fat is less common, though equally A2 rich..


do you have dry skin? if so less frequent use on face.. as it can dry skin with heavy use..

if oily.... yohimburn.. even ED (perhaps even twice a day) application should IMPROVE skin..

most of its constituents have anti-bacterial properties...

does not leave sagging skin, if anything it should tighten and firm up skin (aloe).

what aspect?

diet?

application time and or frequency..? if one application should be before workout.. if two try a before be application (perhaps lower dose if sleeping is a problem)

additional supps? stacks well with EC or NYC -- they are synergistic
.. also the use of glucorellR(r-ala) will reduce plasma insulin= better fat burning- essentially provides the low car/no carb insulin environment while still eating carbs.


as far as time to results-- ten days is not much.. + water retention can still be an issue (much less) but still a possibility.. and pics.. taking pics before is the best way to see extent of results.. ie when you look everyday the final effect may seem slanted..

One more q....what about sun exposure? Should you wait a little bit before going into the sun? Does yohimburn make your skin any more sensitive in the few hours after application?

no.. while some aromatic oils can make the skin photosensitive peppermint is not one of them.

i have put it on gone in the tanning bed and then gone to go do cardio. only problem was I had to skip the tanning lotion, but as far as side effects if anything it seemed to open up the pores so that I got darker and lost more water from my face.
 
damn yohimburnDF :p ive been using it for 4 weeks now ( mostly on my face) and ive gotten so much compliments from my friends about my "cut-up" face hahaha ... ;)

i just love the burn of YohimburnDF in my face in the morning :P
 
Hi.

Read most of the thread, Just want to make sure I got everything down.

Im 5"7 175. Eating 1800-2000 cal a day.

On CKD, WIll that effect results at all?

Im gonna diet down to about 12% then will purchase.

1/4 pip on each arm.

1/4 on face(meaning 1/8 on each side right)

I Can see top four abs but have a big pouch of fat below it. So 1/2 pip on abs?

1/4 pip on each pec?

Use on clean wet skin right?

Exfoliate 2-3 times a week.

Apply morning and night.

Let yohimburn set in for 20 min ,say before putting a shirt on?

Anything else Im forgetting/need to know?
