  • Incline Bb bench 135lbs up 10lbs 3x10 up in reps
  • Machine neutral chest press 100lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Incline DB flies palms forward 25lbs up 5lbs 3x15
  • Push ups 3x22 up in reps
  • Arnold press 35lbs up 5lbs 3x8
  • Alternating DB front raises 30lbs up 5lbs 4x15
Post incline treadmill 25 mins
