my test-e, primo, winny cycle update with pics.

Any suggestions for the waist area. Should I do more ab work or keep aiming at losing total body-fat level for the abs to show. I guess I can just do both.
 
the best for me is to do weighted incline situps.... they'll rip you apart..you'll grow some abs and lose bf
but don't forget obliques and other ab workouts like bent over cable pulls

I don't do abs at all, seems to just give me a bulky waist.
Low bf is the key to a great midsection.
 
thanks guys, I do abs and side-bends but its definately more encouraging when you can actually see the muscle working. Doing abs and only seeing flab moving back/forth kind of takes the fun out of it. So for now, I will keep the cardio up until the body-fat drops.
How many cycles do most of you do yearly in order to hold on to your gains, and dont tell me its all in the "diet"
 
dude your progress is great, and if your gains arent met at the same hyperspeed pace dont be discouraged, you look great dude i even had to show afew chunky friends of mine to show them what hard work and supplementation will do

thanks man, I bought Tom Venuto's FMBF book ad its great, I tweaked my diet in the last 10 days, hence I see a difference. I cant wait to see the difference in 5-6 weeks. Then the challenge will be to hold on to my gains at that point.
