Wow that is a sick transformation!! Awesome job! Man I am doing almost the same workout/cardio right now and may try that diet. I bet you got sick of all that tuna?
I cannot stand to look at a tuna can right now. LOL I started replacing that meal with a 2 thick sliced Jenn-O 100% natural smoked turkey breast sandwich, using Natures Own Wheat & Fiber Low Carb Bread (9gm/slice) with lettuce and a tad of honey mustard and a piece of fruit on the side. I may use canned turkey or chicken when I start a 6 wk diet for our cruise in a few weeks.
awesome, im going to cut starting in july and i think im gonna do nearly exactly what you did. thats one of the best ten week plans i have seen, although i might have to replace the tuna with something else on occasion. that much tuna would drive me insane.

I understand I ate tuna for so long that it's hard for me to eat that much now. Have you tried all these new tuna packets that are flavored like the thai, lemon/pepper, and some others? I heard their great but I haven't had them and I was wondering if they have any more sodium or what?

The smoked flavor looks really good! I'm like you.... I think they're loaded with sodium. I tried to drain and strain everything I ate while on my ten week trek. I'm getting ready to go back into that mode in another 2-3 weeks. I will be trying to get some ideas from need2's cookbook this time. I will take before and after pics as well. Hope to put on 10 solid pounds and get my bf down to 7-8%.

I hope that it works out for you. I'm no expert.... I just followed alot of mixed advice from friends and elitefitness members. I think this program can work for anyone in a similar situation. The key is setting a goal and achieving it. Stay focused and let nothing steer you off course. Substitute the tuna with chicken, turkey or fish. I love smoked turkey breast/cheese roll-ups. I thought I'd meantion that cause thats what I'm eating right now. LOL
