I get called old man at work ONLY because they know how old I am.
Outstanding work Flex. You are a great example to myself and this board of what dedication and discipline trully means and the benefits thereof. PROPS to you my friend.

Thanks! ^^^^^ Makes it all worth it.

Hey,

Is there any significance to the oatmeal besides the fiber?
Could this be replaced with a flax pill?

I'm planning on doing basically the same diet. Currently i'm 6'2", 368lbs w/ 42% BF.

The Oatmeal is used as fuel... it's a carbohydrate... Flax is Oil... or fat... they both don't serve the same purpose... so you'd be best to stick with how it's planned...

Wow flex , I missed the thread somehow glad it got back to the front page.
Very impressive transformation.

Alright, Cool thanks.

Great job Flex! Really an inspirational transformation!

Now, I don't want to rain on the parade, but it seems like most of the posters on this forum would have told Flex not to do his cycle at his original stats. The standard answer is "Diet and cardio! Don't even think about steroids until you have the diet and cardio in check!".They probably would have said it would be a waste of time and gear to do it at anything less than 15%bf, yet everyone is congratulating him on his results.

It would seem that this drastic change wouldn't have been possible without the gear. Of course, it would have been impossible without the diet and cardio, but wouldn't the gear have indisputably played a big part as well?

I don't mean to start an argument and DEFINITELY do not want to take anything away from Flex and his hard work, it just struck me as contradictory to the usual advice given here. Any thoughts on this?

replace it with quinoa if you're going to replace it with anything.

Yeah, i dont have the links offhand, but I've argued till I was blue in the face against the all encompassing standard advice not to use AAS as part of a severe body composition change. Obviously discipline is an issue, and some people will still argue with me, but really using the anti-catabolic effects of most AAS to operate in an abnormally large caloric deficit will really work for most people.
