I weigh about 235, always get at least 300 g protein ED. For the past 3 days my shit has been burning/stinging. I have been eating a lot of eggs >12 could that be it? Other than that I take creatine, r-ala (>1 g ED), CLA, Borage oil, whey protein (about 120 of my protein from whey). Im thinking its either too much protein or the eggs which I have been eating more of lately...
