My shit burns... (no joke) Could it be too much protein or supplements?

I weigh about 235, always get at least 300 g protein ED. For the past 3 days my shit has been burning/stinging. I have been eating a lot of eggs >12 could that be it? Other than that I take creatine, r-ala (>1 g ED), CLA, Borage oil, whey protein (about 120 of my protein from whey). Im thinking its either too much protein or the eggs which I have been eating more of lately...
 
maybe you have a hemorrhoid or fissure, Ive never had any burning sensation from protein.
I used to eat those super hot peppers alot, the ones that come in the kung pao, and that would do it.

You might have an offbeat PH balance (too low, acidic) in your stomach, get some Pepto bismol and it should help neutralize the acids to a degree.

Could be the PH and it could also be that you are not getting enough fiber in your diet. That will cause a lot of problems from not being able to go freely, digestion and breakdown of the waste, and the actual uptake of your supplements. I found that towards the end of contest dieting I would have fire ass, burned like hell. I increased water and fiber intake and it helped a alot. Try increasing your fiber and water intake. I think this will help...
 
this isnt a bad thing , its a good thing especially if its cleaning you out. Taking colon, prostate cleansers do this as well. and also chill with the protein everyonce in awhile and clean yourself out with alfalfa , and kelp.
 
are you sure its burning? or could it by any chance be some sort of sore/abrasion/haemmorrhoid which is getting irritated when you pass faeces

i havnt heard of faecal pH being a problem before (urinary pH, ok)

are you taking any fat burners containing capsiacin or something? (ie chilli)
 
too much tapatio on your eggs brolio. :P
