32 lbs up???...holy s**t!!! that's an awesome work dude...that was your first cycle?. I can't imagine myself with 32lbs on...LOL. Tell us more about your nutrition and your workout...

Thanks, I have been working out for 5-6 years now, this was my third cycle. As I said I believe most of it was do to my diet. On a typical day I take in close to 4000cal and 250-300g protien. Towards the end I cleaned it up a little. Less carbs. My work outs were 5x5 hevey, hevey, hevey. A lot of basics squat, deadlifts things of that sort.
Well Texas- I would start eating at 7am (4-5 eggs oatmeal ham) then again at 10am with a shake in between (40g protein). Basically I eat every 2 hours and I fit in about 3 shakes a day somewhere. Many nights I would wake at 3-4am with such hunger pain I would have to make a meal. In total usually 7 meals and 3 shakes a day. Lots of pork, beef, chicken, fish.
Whats up Lawnsaver -I went to the DR just to make sure, my results came back and my test levels are in the normal range. I know you always say deca shut you down hard, but in my past I have never had a problem with it. That being said next go around I will not be using it.
