damn brother, you are BIG. since you've never had a cycle and you're that huge, you need to have a cycle.......bigtime. you'll grow much bigger.........make 'em faint at the beach. if you had 19" guns at 240, you'll be there and beyond with a cycle. that's assuming you want to get as big as you can like the rest of us.

Thanks for the replies. I looking to try and enter a competition next year. I've never done one before so I'm not sure about the prep (other than what I read and talk to people who have done it). Took a little time off to rest up and get ready to hit it hard.

don't think I would ever juice it (at least not any time soon). Have thought about it but am too scared that I'll like it so much I'll never go off. I don't think I could deal with the strength and size losses when comming off!
