I've just recently got back from a trip to the dominican republic and thought I'd post my pics. At the current time I was 13% bodyfat. I got a scale measurement and even the trainer thought that that was high for my body composition. Anyway check them out and let me know what you think. I'll post some leg pics soon. I do tend to carry more weight in my quads and glutes but maybe getting a caliper measurement will be more accurate. Anyway the goal is to get to 6-7% bodyfat by early agust!!
