this pic is only 2-3 weeks in of my back.
the second one is today. I can see muscles that I have not seen since i was lifting and lean in HS. The third one is my back flexed. i can see a difference.
I gotta say if your thinking that your not making gains post up your before and now pics and you can really tell. My chest and abs are my weakness. i will have to dial in my diet a little more. maybe when phase 2 hits after week 6.
