My progress pics over the past year

I will prface this by saying i started using when I didnt know what the hell i was doing. I had no idea what PCT was, how to diet or train. EF has helped me out tremdously. These pics fucking stay here!!! i am a littel embarassed by the first ones. i thought if I just took and worked out i would get lean and muscular. Joke was on me. lol Keep in mind I have been working out off and on for several years. I stopped when i got married the first time so I lost a lot of size not that I was huge but I also got a little chubby

These are pics of me in cancun after being on gear for a while. i think my stuff was fake or under dosed. I bought it from a friend who got from a friend who. I am sure yall know the song. I made progress but I think it was all natty or with a lil bit of "test" and "primo" If the stuff was real then I needed to work on my training and or diet

or any goal for that matter.

The foundation is already set now with Elite knowledge from this site and all of us interacting, and now the training.

Its why I feel so happy cus I know we all will get their soon enough.

You know you wanna grab em. I will post some more pics one day soon. i can see my abs more and more when I flex them, each day. this blue collar diet really makes it hella easy to eat right. all of this other carb cycleing and this fancy diet and that fancy diet gets too time consuming and confusing. i like the KISS method on training and eating.
 
when i was in the Army it was Keep It Simple Stupid. Of course we were all stupid. man i was the leanest I have ever been coming out of bootcamp. Of course I was doing pushups and running and moutain climbers all day.
 
this pic is only 2-3 weeks in of my back.

the second one is today. I can see muscles that I have not seen since i was lifting and lean in HS. The third one is my back flexed. i can see a difference.


I gotta say if your thinking that your not making gains post up your before and now pics and you can really tell. My chest and abs are my weakness. i will have to dial in my diet a little more. maybe when phase 2 hits after week 6.

I can also see the Thickness of your Triceps as well

Awesome just wait it will start amping up in Level 2
 
Posting the pics next to each other I can see a difference in width and thickness. and no nice ass comments either. acela i know your gunna save it as you computer back ground. i had to squat down to fit in the small space to get the pic.
