My pics from dieting

meal plan was about 200-250protein about 100carbs 50fat about

but now i am on the diet you sent me, but ima basically doing it without that much cardio hehe
 
Awesome! Remember, success breeds success :) . I'm glad you achieved your goal, though I would've bulked up instead of dieting.

Now start bulking up. Eat, eat, eat. At that age you can do no wrong. Remember that you're hitting the peak of your natural growth. Take advantage of it and put some more weight on.
 
200-250 protein, 100 carbs and 50 fat = not much food

you made definite progress, but most of it has to do with definition because you didn't eat to grow.

I'm guessing you were doing a cutting cycle , but I think at your size and all you need to go into bulking for like 8-12 months. I'm 19 and eat more than twice what you're eating daily; granted, I have put on some fat, but it's nothnig compared to the muscle i've added.

Also, i've found that bulking is easier when you're not quite at a six pack because if you start bulking when you have visible abs and all, then you feel bad when they fade out. Better to start bulking now and then return to cutting for a month in the summer.
