1.) I've never had any appetite suppression to ALA, that's a first to me. ALA is my all time favorite supplement. It is a 'must have' for me everyday. It can be taken during both cutting and bulking. It will help fight against insulin resistance as well during bulking, especially on cheat meals that are both high fat and high GI carb. MS, a very knowledgeable member on the womens board has stated it benefitting her during these types of meals...like pizza. It will also help keep insulin levels stable, which will also help keep water retention down as well.
HOWEVER, AND I PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED THIS FIRST, since you are ALSO using insulin as well, you may want to save its use until after you are done with the 'slin. It can get pretty tricky using both. Maybe somebody with experience using both simultaneously can chime in here. I would definately add it into the mix at some point during your Dbol/Anadrol, etc to aid in liver protection at some point. When you are done taking your 'slin, add it in to help with insulin resistance, etc....
If blood tests come back bad for high liver enzymes, then you may not have a chance other than to either quit taking your juice, or to quit the 'slin and add in ALA and Tyler's. Tyler's should definately be added though.
ALA can be found in the r,s-enantiomer version for $5 at Wal-Mart. OR, go to
www.anabolicfitness.infopop.net to get the r-ALA. ALA is just awesome, I can't express how much I have benefitted from its use.
2.) Yes, I think the bromo was a great move. I'll have to take it as well for future fina cycles due to progestin aromatization/agonization. It also will help to some sort with "fina-dick" and water retention to a degree.
3.) Eq....cool, I see your point.
4.) I'd play Letrozol by ear. Since the 'Dex is cheaper, and it works great for you, i'd continue using it until the first signs occur. Maybe keep Nolva on hand just in case. Then switch over to Let. However, if money is not an issue, then Let is the best of the two.
5.) I'm contemplating the 'slin right now....who knows...lol.
You will do very well with this cycle.
