My newbie diet. Please help

Hey I'm 17 and training for football.. Im 5'9 185 lbs.. I'm looking for help with my diet.
5:30am- oatmeal & whey protein
6am-workout
8am-egg sandwich and post workout drink (afterglow)
10am-yogurt & almonds
Noon- chicken, spinach, & cucumbers with fruit
3pm- piece of chicken & stringcheese
6pm- chicken or tilapia with veggies
9pm- ricotta cheese and banana

Feel free to give advice i know its not great..

The only time I eat simple sugars " Banana" In the afternoon is directly after a workout For the carbs. Other than that I keep simple sugars before lunch only.
