Based on reading some old posts, this is my revised diet plan I hope to lose 10 pds with, I am 15 yrs old 5,10" and 140 pds, 14% Bf:
Breakfast: 3 egg whites scrambled with 1 cup diced tomato and 2 ounces shredded turkey
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat
Dinner: What mom makes (300-400cals usually)
Snack: Half a tuna sandwich
Eight cups of water a day, no other liquids
Any suggestions in making this plan better, especially lunch. Any foods to add about 200 calories without making me fat again?
