My new diet.... Any good??

Based on reading some old posts, this is my revised diet plan I hope to lose 10 pds with, I am 15 yrs old 5,10" and 140 pds, 14% Bf:

Breakfast: 3 egg whites scrambled with 1 cup diced tomato and 2 ounces shredded turkey

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat

Dinner: What mom makes (300-400cals usually)

Snack: Half a tuna sandwich

Eight cups of water a day, no other liquids

Any suggestions in making this plan better, especially lunch. Any foods to add about 200 calories without making me fat again?
 
Youre only consuming roughly 1200 calories a day, if I were you i'd up it. I'd probably double it. Youre basically starving yourself, and starvation does not equal fat loss. Eat 2400 calories a day, weight lift 3 or 4 times a week, and i'd say start jogging 3 times a week, jogging really gets the weight down. It has always kept me lean. Take ephedrine and caffeine stack, this should also help. But the main thing is upping your calories.
 
Why in the hell are you recommending ephidrine to a 15 year old. I totally disagree with using a stimulant at your age. Train, do your cardion, and eat smart.
 
If I were you, I'd also add more protein into the mix. You only consume roughly 60 grams of protein, you need atleast 1-1.5 per pound of bodyweight, I would up it to 140grams per day. Consume 2 chicken breasts throughout the day. this will give you around 80 grams.
 
thanx alot man, any suggestions for gettting more calories without getting fat? Some good high protein foods I could eat everyday?

Are you trying to look like a Bataan Death March survivor? Bulk up , man! A 6 pack with a sunken chest isn't a turn-on, trust me. Add more protein, don't panic about the fat cals. Eat turkey, tuna, chicken breast, yogurt, protein powder. Do a search here for more diet info.

Yeah it says it on the bottle of Clen that I have :

You need to up your protein it's way to low besides your 5'10" @ 140 lbs. Why do you want to loose anyway?
 
In my opinion your diet looks like a good low-fat diet,except that its low in calories.

Most weight gain powders have 1-2 grams of fat per 1000calories. This doesn't mean you won't get fat if you consume alot of it.

There was a EC study done on adolescents,it was shown to be safe and effective.

If thats your picture, I think its hard to get any lower than that with diet alone,especially since it seems your having a hard time now. Maybe if you completly waste yourself then youll get more ripped,but I wouldn't do that. If you tried one the supplements maybe it would help. Probably lifting weights is best thing to do.

After looking at your picture again,I don't know what your talking about and why you want to lose more weight, your just gonna waste yourself.

If that was me, I would eat normal-high calorie/high protein diet and lift weights.

The reason you don't have a six-pack or look shredded is not because of your body fat. It's because you don't have the muscles. If you lose anymore weight your gonna end up looking like an aids patient, and I don't think you would look anymore shredded than you are now after you lost it.
