I'm 41, 5'9", 175lbs, 10% bf and I have a solid diet. I BB, Muay Thai, MX and surf. My goals are for a lean fitness look that I can maintain. I like to keep my cycles simple and I have been cycling AS on and off for 12 years. What do you guys think?
