My man TITS are gone!!!

Yup, definitely smaller tits. And no I don't think it's going too slow at all... 11lbs in 3 weeks is a lot... a good pace to stick with. Keep it up.

OK, here the real question.

When I use to workout, especially during the first week or two, I would remember being VERY sore. I was sore to the point where I would walk around like Arnold and unable to bend my arms and all.

These past couple of weeks, I have been working out harder then I remembered in the past. The thing is, I don't feel the soreness that I did in the past. I am sore, but it's a good sore, where it's aching, but not hurting.

Why is this? Is it because I am not working out hard enough? Is it because I am eating better? Is it because I had a bad form in the past while working out? I am curious.

Again, thanks guys for the comments!!!

Ian

I know my bf count is pretty high. From just looking at the pictures, can someone give me a gusstimate on how much % bf I may have?

Thanks.

Ian

Soreness doesn't equate to muscle growth. Could be a build-up of LA, or that you were new to training. Alotta factors. Don't worry that you gotta be sore. And I'd say your BF% is between 20 and 25%, if I remember the pics right.
