Have felt out my body and recovery times and feel like this will work best for me. I am going to lift first, slam an Isopure recovery drink and then do cardio after when I can. If I do my cardio in the morning, then I'll skip it or limit it after lifting, which I always do at night. Also, I'm on a cutting cycle right now, trying to go from 5'11, 192, 13%bf to 8% at the same weight, so obviously cardio and diet are real key.
***I do heavy weight/low # reps/low # of total sets
DAY 1: Chest, Tris, Bis
DAy 2: Legs
DAY 3: Shoulders/Back/Traps
DAY 4: Just cardio (ocassionally not even doing the cardio, just a total day off)
EOD: Abs
REPEAT
