Today was leg day. Started off with 15 minutes elliptical cardio and finished with another 15 minutes.

Hammer strength squat: 12x90 10x160 12x180 10x230
Calf raise: 15x135 15x155 15x175 15x195
Plate leg press: 12x180 10x270 10x270
Seated leg curl: 3 sets of 20 at 120 pounds
Leg extension: 3 sets of 15 at 120 pounds

Feeling great overall!
